I last saw Ellie at her mum's 70th party. It was so good to see her so happy and secure, content and mature. She was so happy that day with Simon and it was so good to see. 

And that's how I shall think of her.  

Of course I've got lots of other memories too. I met you all in 1984. One that stands out, because she was so excited and happy, was the time she was picked to be on that Graham Norton TV show. She was great, exuberant, acting a bit and not phased at all. I think it might have been when she was involved with a youth  drama group in Greenwich, something which is a bit of a family tradition with her grandmother, writing plays for the family to perform.
